By using this website or commissioning an engagement, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a medical practice group, you confirm authority to bind that organization.
Services
Neuronlatticecore provides professional services related to clinical data dashboards for medical practice groups, including design commissions, analytics reviews, refreshes, and chart literacy briefings. Published rates are informational until a written estimate is accepted.
Intellectual property
Website content remains the property of Neuronlatticecore Co., Ltd. Deliverables created under an engagement are licensed to the commissioning practice group as stated in the statement of work. Pre-existing methods, templates, and visual systems remain Neuronlatticecore property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide timely access to authorized contacts, accurate aggregate or de-identified data extracts, and feedback within agreed review windows. Clients remain responsible for clinical decisions and for compliance with patient privacy laws applicable to their practice.
Liability
Dashboards and briefs support management review; they are not medical advice, diagnosis, or a substitute for clinical judgment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neuronlatticecore’s aggregate liability under an engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement in the preceding twelve months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, unless a statement of work specifies otherwise.
