Refund & cancellation

Eligibility

Refunds relate to fees paid under a signed estimate or statement of work. Website browsing is free; there is no product checkout on this site.

Deposits

Flagship Clinical Dashboard Engagements typically require a deposit to reserve kickoff. Deposits are refundable in full if Neuronlatticecore cancels before work begins. If the client cancels more than 10 business days before the agreed kickoff, the deposit is refundable minus a THB 5,000 administration fee. Cancellations inside 10 business days forfeit the deposit.

Work already started

Once discovery workshops or drafting have begun, fees for completed milestones are non-refundable. Unused future milestones may be cancelled with written notice; prepaid amounts for incomplete milestones are refunded proportionally after deducting work already performed.

Briefings and review sessions

Half-day Chart Literacy Briefings and Practice Analytics Review sessions may be rescheduled once without charge if notice is given at least 5 business days ahead. Later cancellations or no-shows are charged in full. Prepaid fees for sessions cancelled by Neuronlatticecore are refunded in full or credited to a new date at your choice.

Refresh sprints

Refresh sprint fees are refundable before the sprint start date with 5 business days’ notice. After materials are delivered for review, fees for that sprint are non-refundable.

Purchased materials

Third-party printing or specialty materials ordered at the client’s request are non-refundable once ordered.

Refund process & timing

Email info@neuronlatticecore.click with your engagement reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Bank transfer fees charged by intermediaries are not reimbursed.

Exceptions

If deliverables materially fail to match the accepted scope and we cannot cure within a reasonable period, you may request a partial or full refund of the affected milestone as described in the statement of work.
