Brief history
In 2018, two analysts who had supported hospital performance reviews began taking commissions from private medical practice groups that needed clearer multi-clinic reporting. Early work focused on wait-time and visit-volume packs for outpatient networks in Greater Bangkok. Over the following years the firm expanded into board packs, referral visibility charts, and facilitated briefings so clinic managers could interpret the same pages as medical directors.
Today Neuronlatticecore remains a small, specialist studio. We do not sell a subscription portal. We commission and maintain clinical dashboard sets grounded in how Thai practice groups already meet, document, and report.
Working approach
Every engagement starts with the questions already spoken in your clinics. We map indicators to meeting rhythms, keep patient-identifiable data inside your systems, and deliver charts that print cleanly for huddles and boards. Revisions stay limited and deliberate so the pack remains readable.
