Preparing practice data before a dashboard engagement

De-identified aggregates, clinic calendars, and a named clinical sponsor save weeks. A practical checklist for Thailand practice groups.

Neuronlatticecore engagements do not require dumping patient charts onto an external drive. We work with aggregate clinic metrics and de-identified extracts your IT or medical records team already produces for internal reviews.

Before kickoff, name a clinical sponsor (often the medical director) and an operations contact who knows how appointments, referrals, and cancellations are recorded across clinics. Dual ownership prevents a polished dashboard that nobody trusts.

Gather 6–12 months of monthly summaries: visit volumes by specialty, average waits where available, referral sources, and any quality indicators your group already reports to insurers or accreditation bodies. Incomplete months are acceptable if you flag them.

Finally, share your meeting cadence. If the board meets quarterly and clinic managers meet weekly, the dashboard set should match those rhythms rather than inventing a new reporting calendar no one attends.
