A board pack is not a screenshot of every clinic chart. Structure that keeps medical directors and finance leads reading the same pages.
Practice group boards in Thailand often receive thick PDF packets assembled the night before. Members skim the first pages and miss the clinical story buried on page fourteen. We design board packs as a short narrative with supporting charts, not a dump of operational screens.
A working structure: one page of headline clinical and operational indicators, two pages of clinic comparisons, one page of quality or safety markers the medical director chooses, and an appendix for finance-only detail. Color stays restrained so printouts remain readable.
We also write a one-paragraph “what changed this month” note for the clinical sponsor to edit. Charts without a short human sentence invite speculation in the room.
